Partial Disposition - Changing the Description of the Assets
When doing a partial disposition of an asset, Lacerte will create a new asset for the "remaining basis". It would be nice to be able to change the description on the new asset that it creates, otherwise next year when we roll forward assets, we are going to have to take the additional step to update the description so that it isn't confusing. For reference, it is a partial disposition of cattle. So if we sell 5 cows out of 20, I would like the new asset to say "15 Cows" instead of "Remaining Basis - 20 Cows".
