Organizer Issues
The 2022 organizer has significantly reduced the number of characters in a field and has alignment issues (e.g. dividend section not placing taxpayer/spouse selection in appropriate field). I called technical support who had me run a pdf-fix application. No success and no other troubleshooting suggestions. At that point it should have been clear this is a matter for the developers. However, I was made to wait an hour and 44 minutes because every reported problem "has to go through a process" before the caller can disconnect. It was explained to me that if I hung up, the matter would not be addressed.
