Oregon local MC-40 & MET-40 penalties should automatically calculate

I have a client who owes a bunch on MC/MET-40 and Proconnect isn’t calculating penalties.

I found no option for “automatic” calculation on state & local input forms or on penalties and interest forms.

ITO calculates penalties automatically for irs, oregon, city and trimet. Should for these too!
