Oklahoma state tax return

I tried to electronically file my Oklahoma tax return. It was rejected due to:

Schedule 511NR-B, line 13 (Capital Gain Deduction) Federal Amount Column (Federal Amount) cannot be greater than Oklahoma Amount Column (Oklahoma Amount).

This makes no sense. I talked to Bethany at Intuit. She could not find a problem with what I was doing and agreed with me that the problem is with the state of Oklahoma.

FYI:  I did not have this problem when I electronically filed my 2021 Oklahoma tax return.

I am a CPA doing my own return. Thanks for the email address warning.

I looked at the Okie CG rules.... glad I don't have to prepare any....  I'm assuming you got the error when trying to transmit.   If you're sure about your result you can turn off the error checking by taking the check mark out of the error checking box when converting the return.
