Offer keyboard short cuts to jump forward/backward to next form or input screen

For example, we have several W-2 to input. Allow something like Ctrl+PgDwn to go to the next W-2 and Ctrl+PgUp to go to the previous W-2. At the end of the W-2s allow Esc to the W-2 screen and Ctrl+PgDwn to go to next input area.
