NYS IT-204-LL and Schedule E LLCs
We have clients who have Schedule Es under LLCs that operate in New York State. Unfortunately, ProSeries does not currently auto-populate an IT-204-LL for Sch E LLCs. They do populate the IT-204-LL for NYS Sch C LLCs, so this feature would be greatly helpful for Sch E LLCs. The check box on the Sch C to populate the IT-204-LL allows this for CA, NYS, TN, and TX. For Sch E’s, the only states that it will populate are CA and TX.
