NYS Form IT-661 is a new form and Lacerte does not have the form available. The credit can be entered on the Partnership/LLC module and the form uploaded as a pdf. However, the individual module does not have a place to enter the refundable credit amount. This refundable credit needs to be added to the individual module ASAP!
