NYC forms are not ready! my firm is down to 50 percent returns compared to last year, even through last year was also delayed for a week.
I called and representative had no clue what was going on, was not even capable of transferring me to a manager or someone who would have any idea what is happening. So yes, Proseries Professional is not very professional.
