Notification of any agency rejections
Please advise if there is any way that the firm and/or preparer could receive either an email and/or text notification in the event any return has been rejected by any taxing authority that a return has been e-filed.
This notification ask is at the highest level and would not necessarily contain client specific datapoints but rather just a notification to the firm and/or preparer that a rejection has occurred (i.e. warning message that provides and alert(s) for a firm and/or preparer to log on to investigate and handle accordingly.)
This may prove very helpful to the Lacerte community especially those that are not using the software on a daily basis.
