Non cash charity Form 8283

I'm going to say this a little more strongly. The person(s) who redesigned the 8283 input should be fired. Not next week, not tomorrow, today. Let me list a few items:

1) Entering date of donation defaults to 2025. Uh, we are not preparing 2025 taxes

2) I've lost what must be 200 non-profit names, address from the old drop down menu. Do you have any idea how much time this consumes for those of us who prepare many 8283 forms?

3) Did anyone even review how the input shows up on the form? You can't provide a decent description as it's only one line. This is unacceptable.

4) Who in their right mind though breaking the input into two screens what a good idea? Seriously!!!!

Thanks for the idea to " have multiple non-cash charitable donations appear on one page on Form 8283". We are changing the status to "Open for voting".
