no 8453 PET for arkansas

Form 8453 PET needs to be added to Arkansas ASAP. It is in the list of forms under Global Print Options, but will NOT print even when the Global Print option is selected to "if required" or "if used". 

I was on with your tech support for an hour yesterday while she tried to change this same setting three different times with no success. I'm not sure it was referred for technical correction up the ladder as I asked.

Hi @BeemMeUp88 Thanks for posting in the Community that the AR 8453-PET needs to be added. We checked our Forms Availability page and it does show that it is ready for print in the ProSeries program. If this form still is not printing for you, we would try refreshing updates to see if that helps.
