New condensed screens and fields are truncated and too small! Revert back to how they were

The recent update made input fields truncated and windows too small, view size of screen is small  and hard to read. Reviewing data entry is near impossible as only 5 characters now show from what was input.  It was great before, but the recent update really made it a mess.  Why make the view windows so small? Why truncate fields so we can't see what is in them in the views? This happens now across the platform in various views and is super frustrating. I can't even tell what was input because the view is ridiculously truncated. I've tried to zoom in and out, and it doesn't affect the view and what is seen.  Please revert back to what was there before so we can read the inputs and make the detail screens big again.

This seems to be an issue on just the "Quick Entry" screens, like the depreciation screen.

Try opening other on schedule C or premium tax credit. It is happening on detail screens in various inputs, when a window pops up with detail.  The depreciation is bad and the schedule D stock inputs is bad too.

I believe my peers. If they suggest returning to the previous view. It should be at least looked into. DR

It always amazes me when things are changed and there's nothing wrong with the old ways.

Thanks for the idea to enlarge the input fields (from what they were before). This feedback from the late June 2024 update has been passed along. In the meantime, we are changing the status of this idea to "Open for voting".
