Comparison report does not produce one for the state (in this case California). Suggest a comparison report for the state.

If the user takes the trouble to segregate the income to each spouse, Lacerte should be warning us that married filing separately might be a wiser option. That would just take an instant of the computer’s time, since tax calculation is the reason the software exists.
