mark individual items completed in Pro Intuit Link
Currently, we can mark a request completed. There are two recommendations I have here:
- We need to be able to do this for "unmatched" items.
- I would like to have individual check boxes next to any request item with more than one upload. e.g. they upload four W-2s I would like to check each one off as done in case I get called away. Ideally, this would turn an indicator green as we have now for the request totals. If there are three out of four done it should show 3/4 complete.
This would help us identify what's remaining to be done a lot better.
