If you are filing a Massachusetts Entity Level Tax (Form 63D), do not use sub-schedules (aka supporting statements). I used a supporting statement for the Estimated Tax payments made, and MA rejected the return because, "The Total amount of Entity-Level Tax Paid should match the amount reported by the PTE on its MA entity level return." (Error F63-ELT-011)

This appears to be a programming error that I hope is corrected for next year (there's no reason why using a supporting schedule that totals the correct number results in an error), but the fix is easy: remove such a supporting schedule and enter the total on the return.
