LOGIN ISSUES
Is anyone else having trouble with not being able to login due to no users on proconnect account? has been an issue since 8/30
Spoke with this morning again and was told there was NO estimated restoration time. We have 9/16 deadline for business extensions.
Does anyone have a line to someone higher up not just basic support?
Our office wants assurance if this is not fixed Intuit will cover our clients penalties and interest.
