Link Status display does not update (Lacerte) March 1, 2025
Link Display status isn't updating.
1. Clients who have been marked done (clicked Yes on the 'TY24 Client Done toggle in upper right) do not show as Completed in the display screen.
2. Clients NOT marked done are showing as Completed
Link is a useful and valuable tool.
The Client display screen is ESSENTIAL for those users with hundreds of clients.
How can we get these corrections done soon?
