Line Limit on Additional Charges in Invoice
Hello,
Could you please remove the additional charges line limit in 2023 Lacerte in the Invoice Screen? Our clients need to be able to see all the lines in their invoice. Currently it is limited, there were more lines for this client in the 2022 invoice and it printed fine, however the 2023 invoice has a limit and if you go over that it will only print the first page of the invoice, nothing more. Very frustrating! I spent almost three hours on the phone with support and no real resolution other than an unknown line limit, the lady I spoke to was great though and really tried to help!!
