We pay thousands of dollars for Lacerte Tax. We are even considered, "high valued" customer. For the last few years, some letters and filing instructions have been wrong. Can Lacerte experts please fix: CT-1065/CT-1120SI letter to say, "20XX Connecticut Composite Income Tax Return" instead of CT Pass-Through Entity Tax Return? (because then there are two returns on there both called, "CT Pass-Through Entity Tax Return". We have to change them all manually. Also, Form 355S & 63D-ELT just say, S Corporation Excise Return....can you please add MA or Mass? And P.S. delete the "signature" instructions on those instructions since it is e-filed -- there is nothing to sign. Also, on the CT-PET ES filing instructions, the "T" in the word "to" is missing. Can someone correct that? Why don't the CT Filing Instructions for CT-1041ES print out with the return even thought it is checked to do so? These are just a few problems. Honestly, I feel we are a client who is not "highly valued" and is being taken for granted. I called support and guess what? They couldn't help me even though they tried. This needs to go to management. Please help resolve these problems...

Hi @LauraStei Thank you for your detailed feedback and for being a long-time Lacerte customer. The Connecticut letter/filing instructions is currently being reviewed by the appropriate team. For Massachusetts, Forms 355S and 63D-ELT now display “Massachusetts”. We have also shared your feedback regarding the signature instructions and the additional CT items with the development team for review. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
