Lacerte Deferred Payment Observation out here in California

Hello Lacerte Billing (and specifically Lacerte Programmers),  We understand you are working to finalize Form 540 for California Individual Income Tax Returns; however, the small guy who needs to start preparing returns is patiently waiting for the forms so we can print out tax returns for our clients.  We need use of our software ASAP!  It is getting increasingly difficult for us to maintain the Lacerte program which is $5800 per year and wait until the forms are ready to start our tax season.  Those of us who are on the Deferred Payment Option have to pay these fees by February 27 this year.  The extra days we have to wait really impact the little guys.  I asked for an extension to help me be successful by adding a few days to our due date and unfortunately was turned down.  I wish Lacerte would allow us the extra days we are losing so we can pay you and run our businesses.  Please reconsider!  And Hurry up! 🙂
