Key words
When creating a letter in the Print-Database Reports the limit on keywords should be expanded. W Key word hy for individuals are things like mobile number, spouse mobile, spouse email, prior year invoice amount not available. For business the is not a client contact name or prior year invoice amount either. Can keywords be created by me so my routing sheets and other letters is more friendly. These should be basic keywords so how can this be fixed.
