Louisville Metro Revenue Commission mandated e-file and e-pay for all returns if a tax preparer submits more than 10 returns per year. Failure to do so will result in LMRC issuing a penalty notice to the tax preparer of a minimum of $500 or $5 per return if more than 100 paper-filed returns are submitted.
