Kansas Form K-9 not included in e-file XML
2022 Lacerte is not transmitting the Form K-9 along with the electronically filed tax return/xml file. Our clients are receiving letters from Kansas that indicate they are needing that form and we are having to mail or fax them a copy of that form.
Please update Lacerte to send Form K-9 electronically to Kansas along with the e-filed tax return as it is a required form.
