Is anyone else having issues importing QBO data to ProSeries?

I seem to have this more often than not. The "Tax Options" menu is inactive also. Anyone else dealing with this? Any suggestions?

    I am having this issue and had it eventually sent to engineering. Still not fixed. Trying different things today to see if I can get it to work.
