IP PIN field errored in new year of Proseries when it was used in previous filing

They get a new number every year.

    OK, I found a workaround for this, so it reminds me each year that they have an IPPIN.

    On the IPPIN entry box, right click and choose Add Note, each year that spot will show up as a pink error due to the Note
