iowa low income calculation is incorrect
Returns are calculating as being low income or alternate tax calculation when they are not. Clients are getting notices from the state that their tax liability is being adjusted. No critical warning diagnostic that the program no longer calculates the Iowa low income tax calculation property. Please fix.
