Intuit Link CSV conversion
In Intuit Link we have two options available to obtain the client's entered information.
Download Responses (.csv file) Download All Files (.zip file)
The Download Responses (.csv file) option downloads all questions and answers into Excel in a format that is unable to read, unless we reformat it.
The Excel file is impossible to read and if you try to convert the Excel file to a Word document it, too is formatted improperly.
Is there a better way to get the information into a readable format?
