Suddenly, my preparers were unable to access link. After 2.5 hours on the phone with technical support there was NO resolution. The best I got from Lacerte was to wait 24 HOURS and maybe they would have a solution. For the extremely high fees I pay to Lacerte, I expect a better response. I'd like to be paid for 2.5 hours of my time and a rebate for the time that this problem endured. Totally UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
