Interaction with Shamyla = EXCELLENT!
I had a "Problem occurred executing EF submission" error on my client's 2021 individual tax return when I was attempting to e-file his return. Shamyla was able to understand the detailed error message and had me try and replicate the error--which was what happened. She then was able to explain what had happened and had me check another place to see if that indicated a consistent answer. She also had me check the State e-file report. Conclusion was that both the fed & State transmissions were repeated a second time by me, in error, which caused the message. I will check on the status of whole e-file process later today to make sure all is well, still.
