incorrect password on password protected pdf's generated through lacerte

Clients return pdf's that are not able to be opened on their phones. It aparently will work if opened on a pc. many clients no longer have a pc.

Has lacerte addressed this issue??? Will They???

I'm sure they will blame it on RightNetworks who then blames it on Lacerte????
