Please include Idaho Grocery Credit Form 24 for Idaho Senior Taxpayers not required to file Income Tax Return form 1040 or 40.

Regarding Form 1310: While not required to file it, the Lacerte diagnostic indicates it should be filed. Lacerte should not have a critical diagnostic for this. It is wrong.
