Include Form 5227 in ProSeries Professional
Form 5227 for a Split Interest Trust should be included as part of the ProSeries Professional package. Those of use who prepare these returns are forced to either use LaCerte on a pay per return basis or use other software. LaCerte is substantially different than ProSeries and causes a lot of wasted time, plus the additional charges so it is not a good option. Even low cost Drake includes Form 5227.
