Importing Grant Information to 990-PF
We are a large grantmaking non-profit Foundation with a couple hundred grants and awards that we are required to disclose in our return. Now that we have to E-File it is imperative that we list all our grants awarded instead of attaching a separate document via PDF since the IRS is unable to process the PDF in publicly available copies of our return for future investor reference. If there would be an option to import our grants into ProSeries on Part XIV from a CSV or other type of simplified text file, it would make this type of reporting and record-keeping much easier and transparent going forward.
