This is one of the simplest government forms out there.  All are exactly the same format.  Really don't understand why this form is not importable yet.

But it is also one of the simplest forms to enter.  I'm sure there are other areas Intuit can improve that would be more beneficial to users than that.

Importing things like W-2s, 1099-Rs, 1099-Bs, etc. are NOT set up by Intuit.  That is set up by the third-parties that issue the W-2s, 1099-Rs, 1099-Bs, etc.

Intuit won't be able to import SSA-1099s unless the Social Security Administration sets them up to be imported.  As far as I know, the Social Security Administration has not set that up.

Thanks for that info - I have been trying to figure out why some will import and some not.  So the Payer or the processor for the payer has to set it up with Intuit in advance?  I always thought they had developers for that purpose.
