If it ain't broke, don't fix it .
I recently attempted to access the so called new and improved "MyAccount" site. This is a total mess as far as I am concerned. The old account site worked well and did not need an "upgrade". On top of everything else that is wrong with it, my browser (Chrome) could not access it correctly and your absolutely fabulous customer representative (Brandi) walked me through a work around through Google which got me into the site where I was finally able to download the 2022 tax program. I believe it was titled "Incognito Access" . I used to get a simple email with a link to download the newest program. It took less than 1 minute to complete this. Instead, I spent over an hour trying to access the new 2022 tax program to no avail. Someone needs to change how the new 2022 program is downloaded and find out why Chrome could not get it to download.
