Idea to add an "end year balance" field for mortgage limitation calculation
Currently it has principal paid field, however, depending on the mortgage companies, the end year balance is often reported, so I propose the idea to add an "end year balance" field to direct input the amount instead of figuring out the principal paid or the average balance separately outside of the software.
