I have been working off-line, I click on the icon and I cannot access the program. If the client does not have wifi, I am stuck. This has happened to me 3 times in the last 6 weeks.
When I am at a clients home, I click on the 2021 Lacerte Individual tax program and I cannot access the program. I cannot sign it. I cannot click that I am using it off-line. I simply cannot open the program. This has happened this afternoon, last week (she had wifi so I could ultimately open it) and it happened again in September.
