how to change the overpayment from prior year on MA form 63D-ELT

on MA form 63D-ELT:

i applied the overpayment from 2024 to 2025 and the state refunded the money instead of applying it.  How do you change the overpayment from prior year to zero?  it doesn't let you override the amount.

Can the programmers change that line to be overridden?
