How long should I wait for the escalation team to call me and work on my case?

My escalation case # is 1594893956.  It has been five days.  My 2021 and 2022 programs are not functional and preventing me from working on those two years.  I am begging you to call me and resolve my issue today, Feb. 15th, 2023.  I have been waiting for five days. 

FYI, our office hours are from 10am till 6pm, PST.  I am in Hollywood, Los Angeles, CA.   Please call me during these hours.  Tomorrow, Feb. 16, 2023, I have an appointment with my dentist.  I expect to be in the office at 11am.  Please, please, please, call me.
