Hawaii form PTE

Why isn't the Hawaii PTE form available in Lacerte?  It has been final on the State Tax Website for several weeks now.

    This is so frustrating!! It is holding up so many returns! Any ideas on what to do to get this escalated with Lacerte?

    The PTE form is final and available in Proseries, but not Lacerte!  Lacerte is supposed to be a more sophisticated program.  Many other software companies have finalized this form including Drake and Ultra Tax.  Come on Lacerte, we need to get these returns out, which are due in 3 weeks.  Our clients  are getting upset with the holdup.
