Government copy of Oregon state and local tax returns shouldn't print efiled returns.
Oregon likes to impose multiple state and local tax returns. Some of these returns can be efiled and others cannot. Can Lacerte print options be updated to only print a government copy of state and local returns, with required attachments, when those returns cannot be efiled? Currently we can either print all state and local returns, whether efiled or not, or opt to print only efile forms which ends up not printing any of the state and local returns. We either have to shred a lot of unnecessary pages that won't be used because the return is efiled, or we've got to spend a bunch of time to partial print the paper filed returns and supporting documentation.
A fix to not print a local return that is being efiled should be simple enough, but I'm just an accountant and not a programmer, so I'll leave it to you experts. Thank you!
