Getting forms into program faster
It seems that it is taking longer and longer for the NY forms to all be released and entered into the software. This program is comparatively more expensive than most in my area - yet my clients who are affected by these missing forms can't file, while their neighbors are. This needs to change!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Makes both me and LaCerte look bad, and I think about switching to a less expensive program which seems able to have all the forms ready sooner!!!!!
