Form 8879 (various versions) for non-U.S. citizens/residents
The IRS instructions for Form 8879s do not require that the individual or corporate office have a U.S. address and a foreign address is acceptable. The IRS is only concerned with the fact that the signature authorizing eFile is valid. ProConnect should be updated to allow for foreign addresses.
