Form 8813 Quarterly Estimated Payments

The IRS requires quarterly estimated payments for foreign partners of U.S. partnerships on Form 8813, but Lacerte only generates an annual form.  According to the IRS instructions for Form 8813, estimated payments are required and due on the 15th of the fourth, sixth, ninth, and twelfth months each year and that late payments may be assessed.  

Lacerte now insists that quarterly Forms 8813 should be manually prepared but for the price of this software, it should develop the capability to generate quarterly forms through the software amirite?  See "Form 8813" and "Where To File" sections on Page 2, the "When To Make the Payment" section on Page 5, and the "Late Payment Of Tax: section on page 6 of the Form 8804, 8805, and 8813 Instructions.
