Form 709 - Gift tax returns e-filing
The IRS website states that Form 709 can be efiled for tax year 2025. However, we have been told by Lacerte rep that LC does not currently support the efile for Form 709, and that MAYBE it will be available later this summer. Very disappointing that this national tax software is not trying to provide the best possible service.
