Form 4626

I just got IRS letters for all my corporate clients requesting form 4626 ,why is this not added to the program? 

"Please support the generation and printing of Form 4626 for all C-Corporation returns."

Yes to Form 4626, but why do we even have put it to a vote when it is a required form?

I see folks commenting that they want the form but I don't see that they are voting to add it.  As in politics, I guess if you don't vote, you can't complain.
