Form 4547 should handle more than 2 children

Have families with more than 2 children. It would be nice for form 4547 to allow for more than 2 kids.

Otherwise, you have to complete a second 4547. having to fill out a PDF version of form 4547 and Attach it to return takes time.

Also worry about that attachment not reaching the IRS.

I am guessing because these accounts happened so late in 2025, there wasn't time to create a form for multiple children.

It will.  All you have to do is put your cursor on the side bar of the 2nd name entered and hit enter.  works like entering partners in partnerships and shareholders in S corps.
