Form 1041-A IRC 642c Elections
Form 1041-A should automatically link to Form 1041 when entering the IRC 642c elections. To enter the election you have to use "Where Do I Enter" & choose the 642c election>IRC 642c election form>Enter the information requested & then it auto-fills the Estate & Trust Elections Summary Form; however, it doesn't link to the Form 1041-A which is required when entering a 642c election, per the IRS instructions. Please consider adding this to the program in the future. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
