Federal estimated tax payments after return has been filed
Can Lacerte program Federal estimated tax payments so they can be electronically filed and paid after the original return has been e-filed as can be done with most states. This would help greatly where a taxpayer that originally wanted to make the payments by paper filing has been incapacitated and has asked that future payments be made electronically. Would be a great help to a client if this could be part of the Lacerte program. Thank you for your consideration.
