1040 Module Screen 39.2 has codes 21 and 22. These codes are used for the shared responsibility payment (SRP). The SRP was repealed a few years ago.

You are probably right that it doesn't need to be there (I use ProSeries, so I can't actually see where you are), but just to clarify something:

The Shared Responsibility Payment was not repealed.  The Individual Shared Responsibility Payment was changed to $0 (not technically repealed).  The Employer Shared Responsibility Payment still exists.
